* Returns must be returned within 5 days of the ship date received.
*SIM will not accept any returns after 5 days.
*SIM does not accept the reason of size problem, please check it clearly with the size chart before purchasing.

We do not accept the return in NON original packing. 
  1. Please DO NOT remove the tag and the label, returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) if you want to return the product.
  2. Please make sure that it is in the original condition. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
  3. Please keep the return tracking information for your records. We do not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returning Steps:

Please send us an email with 
  • title 'I have received my order but I want to return the item'
  • and the below information:
  1. your payment email
  2. the item number of the returning/ exchanging item
  3. return/ exchange reason
  4. attach a photo to prove it

What do I need to provide in the return parcel?

  • Please write down your payment email and name.
  • For all returns, the returned items must be in their original condition, including the Tag and the Label.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it is packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way.

How long does is take to return my item?
    • It can usually take up to 21 working days for your return to be delivered back to us.
